MarketEdge Backups

MarketEdge Backups

Terms of Service

Effective date: 13 October 2026

Purpose and permitted use

MarketEdge Backups is a private, operator-managed backup utility for authorized MarketEdge data. Use it only with accounts and data that you own or are permitted to manage, and in accordance with applicable law and Google's service terms. Do not attempt unauthorized access or use it to store unlawful material.

Your responsibilities

Review the Google permissions you authorize, maintain sufficient Drive storage, protect your account and recovery key, and verify that backups can be restored. Losing the encryption key can make encrypted backups unrecoverable. Keep independent copies of important data.

Availability and limitations

The utility is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or successful recovery in every circumstance. Network failures, storage limits, revoked authorization, and third-party changes may interrupt backups. Retention can permanently remove older archives. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Stopping use

You may stop using the utility and revoke Google access at any time. Existing Drive files are not automatically deleted by revoking access. Coordinate shutdown and removal of private credentials or copies with the operator, and see the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.

Scope and changes

This is a backup utility, not an investment advisory or trade execution service. Google Drive is a third-party service; MarketEdge Backups is not endorsed by Google. Changes to these terms will be published here. For questions, contact the MarketEdge operator through the channel used to arrange your access.
